Here is a system I’ve been meaning to write about for some time but due to laziness on my part I’ve sort of put it on the back burner, but because its out there and there is a need for this type of system I thought I’d better pull my finger out and give you my lowdown on it, OK so this review is for, Sports Betting Champ and for those of you that aren’t familiar with the system and its author John Morrison you can have a quick look at the website Sports Betting Champ. I’ve been a user of Sports Betting Champ for 3 years so I think I can deliver a very honest review which will be supported by real facts and evidence.

Once you’ve read my review for sports betting champ you can make your own mind up as to whether or not it the one for you.

OK so here’s what the Sports Betting Champ System is all about.
Taking a Look at the sports betting champ website, the very first thing that attracts your attention is the massive claim that he has a 97% strike rate.

The Sports Betting Champ system by John Morrison can be more accurately described as 3 systems for major US sports – NBA, MLB and NFL.

The sales copy on the site reports a 97% strike rate across all of his bets and also promises lifetime free picks to all his customers.

Now if you truly understand gambling you are probably like me, a purist in the sense that you have an optimistic outlook on all your bets placed, but when somebody claims that they can produce a system with a 97% strike rate, its going to set off some alarm bells.

When I first saw this claim of 97% strike rate I figured for such a high % like this you’d have to either be backing at extremely low odds or laying at extremely high odds, I was way off.
So how does Sports Betting Champ get 97% strike rate?

Here’s how, the sports betting champ system achieves a 97% strike rate by using a loss retrieval system of 3 bets. (No more than 3 bets) If your first bet loses you’ll need to increase your stake for the second bet and if that loses you’ll need to increase again for the final bet, If your 3rd bet loses, you lose 1 game instead of 3.
Using the Sports Betting Champ system this way means as long as he picks a winner every 3 bets (and believe it or not the bets never usually go past the 2nd bet before a win is made) he can tick it off as a win and that’s how he gets the high win percentage.

You could call it a martingale or chase system, if you so choose, But it isn’t really a martingale or chase system its more of a semi-chase, because if you lose the 3rd bet, you won’t increase the stake for the 4th bet because there is no 4th bet, and for that reason we can call it “a good system” because we will only play the bets when they only meet certain criteria’s.

I would really like to go into more detail about the system but unfortunately I’m not allowed to disclose the exact criteria of sports betting champ system. But the truth is, these criteria’s are very important because they have really lowered the probability of a loss and increased your winning chance by an incredible amount, and with those increased chances based on my personal experience, it hardly ever reaches the 3rd bet or loses at the 3rd bet.

Sports Betting Champ- A slight Negative to report:


The most annoying thing is during his first email John Morrison tries to get you to open a BETUS account, which he clearly has some vested interest in, BETUS will happily take your money but then when you try to withdraw from them its harder than getting blood out of a stone.

If you do buy this system, don’t use BetUS avoid them like the plague unless your prepared to wait a long time to withdraw your winnings. You would do much better using other bookmakers like Paddy Power instead or just use Betfair as I do, its more fun and you know your money is safe.

Don’t be surprised when he starts to send you an email to ask if you’re interested the premium picks service, which you’ll need to pay extra to get these picks in advance, I’ve personally bought the ‘premium picks’ before and honestly speaking, these picks are great.

Sports Betting Champ- The Positive Side


OK so the above negatives are only niggles in my opinion but I needed to get them out in the open so you’ll know what to expect if you buy Sports Betting Champ, its a shame to have to report these negatives on certain parts, because the bottom line is the system really does work well!

In the last 3 seasons since I bought the system in 2006 I have consistently made a profit from the NBA and MLB seasons. This year for the 2008 – 2009 NBA season which has just finished recently was a bumper season 79-0 without a loss! The 2009 NBA season is was a crazy season I never expected such good results, its by far the  best season yet. You may lose occasionally but the profits from the bets you win should more than compensate for the odd loss and still leave you in profit overall.

In the 2007 – 2008 NBA season as an example, I did end up with an excellent profit from Sports Betting Champ, there was a couple of losing runs, but the vast majority won, usually without going to the 3rd bet, at the end of the day I couldn’t really complain I made a profit overall which I was happy with.

2005-06 season: 71 wins – 3 Losses
2006-07 season: 66 wins – 2 Losses

2009-10 NBA season: 63 wins – 0 Losses
Current 2010-11 NBA season as of 11/04/2010 : 1 win – 0 Losses

MLB Baseball:


2004 season: 33 wins – 0 Losses
2005 season: 39 wins – 0 Losses
2006 season: 66 wins – 1 Loss
2007 season: 35 wins – 0 Loss
2008 season: 43 wins – 0 Losses
2009 MLB season: 49 wins – 0 Losses
2010 MLB season: 42 wins – 1 Loss


To surmise: John Morrison has found a pretty good way of making some decent profits from the games that meet the criteria for the system, he’s a bit greedy once he’s got you as a customer, but I suppose every body is trying to make money these days, so its up to you whether you take his extra’s or not.

The bottom line is the system makes a good profit overall, so as far as I’m concerned its a winner, I’ll give the system a thumbs up, but the seller is a little over zealous once you’ve taken the plunge, use your own common sense, if you feel you need his extra services get them, if not just use the system and stick to the rules of the system and you won’t go wrong.
